  • Portfolio Manager Web Services 26.0 Release
  • On February 24, 2026, version 26.0 of the Portfolio Manager will be available to the public. The February Live release will include regular system operations and maintenance updates, none of which require API updates. Providers of Portfolio Manager Web Services will NOT need to update APIs or conduct Beta testing in advance of the Live release in February. Therefore, there will be no Beta release or Beta webinar for this release.
• Standard Weekly Maintenance
  • Sunday from 8PM EDT to midnight EDT
  • Monday through Thursday from 10PM EDT to 11PM EDT
  • Regular procedures must be performed on EPA's ENERGY STAR systems to ensure they are properly maintained. Many of these maintenance procedures require interruption of services for the duration of the procedure. During the scheduled maintenance window you may experience anything from slow response, limited access, or no connectivity, or you may experience no interruption. Scheduled use of the system should be avoided during these windows.
